We work hard to deliver perfection, but sometimes life happens! If you spot a fault in the materials or a manufacturing defect, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered.
Mellow-Home Warranty against defects
In Australia, our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In addition to any other rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law we warrant to you that the product we supply to you will be free from defects (Warranty) for the following warranty periods:
· Beds: 5-year warranty
· Mattresses: 10-year warranty
· Sofas: 5-year warranty.
