How long can I try out Mellow products?

Take your time—no rush! If you’re in Australia and purchased your Mellow-Home product from mellow-home.com.au, you have a full 365 days from delivery to test it out in the comfort of your home.

Not head over heels in love? No problem! We offer exchanges or refunds. Just make sure the product is returned in good condition—no drool, stains, or mystery smells—and include all documents, parts, and accessories. Don’t forget to keep your proof of purchase handy; we’ll need that to process your request.

When you’re ready, drop us an email at support@mellow-home.com.au, and we’ll take care of the rest. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 2–5 business days.
