How long can I try out Mellow products?

We know choosing the right mattress takes time—so we give you a full 365 nights to sleep on it.

If you purchased your Mellow product from mellow-home.com.au and live in Australia, you’re eligible for our 365-night trial. That means you can test your mattress at home for up to one year from the delivery date.

If it’s not the perfect fit, no worries. We offer refunds as long as the product is returned in good condition (no stains, smells, or damage) and includes all its parts, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.
